Terms of Service

Let's Party Games is a digital platform of personal party games for private events. The host creates a game and shares a link/QR code; guests play in their mobile browser with no app or login.

You create a host account via Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account and for ensuring the information you enter is accurate and lawful.

Games are bought per event at the price shown at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.

A purchase unlocks the game for one event. You can test the game freely before the party — it only counts as held once a number of guests actually join. A new party requires a new purchase.

There is currently no subscription. We may grant free access in special cases (e.g. test or owner accounts).

As this is a digital service delivered immediately, you agree that delivery starts right after purchase and that the right of withdrawal may lapse once the game has been used. Contact us if anything goes wrong and we'll sort it out.

You may not use the service for illegal, infringing, harassing or hateful content. As host, you are responsible for the content you and your guests enter.

In games with photos — the photo games (Photo Hunt and Photo Wall) and the memory book in the quiz games (e.g. the Wedding, Birthday and Confirmation Quiz) — you, as host, are responsible for the photos uploaded to your event, and you warrant that the people in the photos (or their guardian, for minors) have consented to the photo being taken, shown (on the big screen and/or in the memory book), processed by an AI service into a funny caption, and stored. You approve every photo before it is shown — we are a platform/processor, not the publisher of the photos. The AI caption is automatically generated entertainment and may be inaccurate. We may remove and report illegal content.

We may suspend access for misuse or breach of these terms.

The game design, text, graphics and code belong to Let's Party Games. Content you enter yourself remains yours, but you grant us the right to use and display it in connection with your game.

Some games tailor text automatically from your input. The content is entertainment and provided 'as is' — we don't guarantee accuracy and it does not constitute advice.

The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant event, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

We may change these terms. The current version always lives on this page with an updated date.
